Gretchen Timmer

Gretchen Timmer received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and Keyboard (organ and piano) Performance from Hastings College and a Master of Music from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Music Education and Piano She is currently organist and choir director at St. Joseph Episcopal Church in Lakewood and serves on the board of the Denver chapter of the AMerican Guild of Organists. Gretchen taught vocal and general music in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, and retired from Cherry Creek Schools after teaching 23 years at High  Plains Elementary. Past accomplishments include conducting the Nebraska premiere of The Pied Piper operetta with its composer, the late Jean Berger, and in 2005 serving as organist and accompanist for the American Choir of the Mozart Festival at the Salzburg Dom and Vienna Volkeskirche.
